The original Apple Source Book was launched at Smith’s Covent Garden with Tony Baldry MP, Parliamentary Undersecretary of State for the Environment and Michael Barry from the BBC’s Food & Drink Programme, and a contributor to the book. Chef Fergus Henderson made apple and cheese tarts.
